The Portorož-Portorose International Ballet Competition is a newly established competition with the intention of taking place every other year and standing alongside the largest and most prestigious ballet competitions in the world. Less than 30% of our budget comes from state subsidies, while a certain share comes from entry fees and ticket sales. The organizer of the Portorož-Portorose International Ballet Competition is working extremely hard to find sponsors and raise the entire budget. Therefore, individual donations are also extremely welcome. We count on the generosity of ballet enthusiasts from all over the world. Thanks to your donations, every two years, around 120 young people from all over the world will get the opportunity to show their talent on the exceptional stage of the fashionable seaside town of Portorož in Slovenia.
